By accessing or using SafeTravel Mexico ("Service"), operated by Kapitec Soluciones, S.A. de C.V. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kapitec Soluciones. Your continued use of the Service following posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SafeTravel Mexico provides a Safety Assessment and Full Report (the "Service"), a one-time purchase product designed to help travelers understand relative safety conditions in Mexican cities.

The Product:

• 30 days of access to your personalized safety report
• Crime statistics data from SESNSP (Mexican government, 1.5M records)
• Coverage: 53 major cities across Mexico
• No recurring charges, no subscriptions, no auto-renewal

The Safety Assessment and Full Report provided by SafeTravel Mexico are informational only and do not constitute:

• Legal advice or endorsement
• Personal security guarantees or travel insurance
• Government or official recommendations
• Prediction of future safety conditions

Data Limitations: All crime statistics are sourced from SESNSP (Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Pública) but may reflect reporting delays, regional variations, or data limitations. Relative safety rankings are based on historical data and are subject to change.

Your Responsibility: You assume all responsibility for your travel decisions. By using this Service, you acknowledge that travel safety depends on many factors beyond crime statistics, including your personal behavior, awareness, local knowledge, and situational judgment.

One-time purchase. The Safety Assessment + Full Report is a one-time purchase of USD $39.99 with 30 days of access. No recurring charges, subscriptions, or auto-renewal. You pay once for your report and access expires 30 days from purchase.

Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe handles all card data with industry-standard security (PCI DSS Level 1 compliance).

30-day money-back guarantee. We stand behind our Safety Assessment. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact support@safetravelmexico.com with your order ID.

Refund processing. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

All content, data, analysis, reports, and materials generated by SafeTravel Mexico, including the Safety Assessment methodology, crime statistics compilations, and report design, are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Kapitec Soluciones, S.A. de C.V.

Your License: You may view and download your individual Safety Report for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or republish content without written permission from Kapitec Soluciones.

Attribution: Crime statistics are sourced from SESNSP (Mexican government). When sharing findings, attribute data sources appropriately.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate these Terms or infringe upon others' rights. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Scraping, automating, or bulk downloading report content
• Reselling reports or republishing content without permission
• Using data to create competing products or services
• Accessing the Service for unlawful purposes or discrimination
• Circumventing the paywall or attempting unauthorized access
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of SafeTravel staff or other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Kapitec Soluciones makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of crime data or predictions.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Kapitec Soluciones nor its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or personal injury—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kapitec Soluciones from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Applicable jurisdiction: Mexico City, Mexico.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mexico City, Mexico.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. The "Effective Date" field above will be updated to reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We will notify you of material changes via email (if you have provided a contact email) or by posting a notice on the website.
