Is the State Department advisory not enough?
The State Department advisory is a country-level blanket. It does not distinguish Mexico City Roma/Condesa (low crime) from Ciudad Juárez (very high). Our 53-city index with neighborhood granularity lets you make city-level go/no-go decisions and document them for your duty-of-care file.
How is your data different from International SOS or Riskline?
Those providers pull from a mix of news, OSINT, and proprietary analyst notes. We anchor on official Mexican government SESNSP crime statistics (monthly, granular by municipality) layered with US State Department, Numbeo, and our own traveler survey data. Cheaper, more current, and specifically built for Mexico — not a global product retrofitted.
Do you provide traveler tracking?
No. We are a risk intelligence and pre-trip briefing platform, not a live tracking solution. We integrate with your existing duty-of-care vendor (International SOS, Crisis24, Anvil, etc.) via API or CSV export if you need active monitoring.
What languages do you support?
English and Spanish. The traveler brief and the dashboard are both bilingual. Additional languages on Enterprise plans.
Can we white-label the reports?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise plans. Reports carry your company logo, contact info, and disclaimer block.
How fast is onboarding?
Starter plans can be live same-day. Business and Enterprise with SSO / MSA / DPA typically take 5-10 business days. We do not charge setup fees.
